Financial Regulations (under review)

Each Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and their respective Chief Constable is established in law as a corporation sole under the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (2011 Act).

Memorandum of Understanding

The Act requires Police and Crime Commissioners to consider what staff they and the Chief Constable require to discharge their functions and to consult with the CC.

Standing Orders relating to Contracts

All contracts made by the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) shall comply with the following provisions of these Standing Orders.
