I approve the allocation of £10,000 to support the delivery of the in house training programme at Preston Prison delivered by 'Solace Coffee CIC' to support prisoners in preparing for employment on release. I note this funding supports the development of the in-house coffee shop and kitchen at Preston Prison as an integral part of the programme
