I have considered an application from the Chief Constable for the forfeiture of a police pension, in respect of former Chief Inspector Sansbury, as set out in the Report and Appendices now presented; and authorise the Chief Executive to make an application for a certificate to the Secretary of State, so as to allow me to subsequently consider the pension forfeiture.
