        Complaints:

        In the event you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner may be called as the review body and therefore must remain independent.

        Operational policing:

        The Police and Crime Commissioner sets policing priorities and holds the Chief Constable to account for delivering an effective and efficient police service. The Chief Constable is responsible for operational policing, our Office will aim to assist where appropriate.

        Reporting crimes and concerns:

        The Police and Crime Commissioner's office cannot deal with crime reports. You can report speed concerns via the Lancashire Road Safety Partnership website

        Any crimes or incidents should be reported to Lancashire Constabulary via the online portal, 101 or in an emergency, 999.
