Community Action Fund Application Form

Download the Application Form

Completed application forms should be submitted by e-mail to lanpac@lancashire.pnn.police.uk or posted along with supporting documents to:

LANPAC, Lancashire Constabulary Headquarters, Po Box 77, Hutton, Preston PR4 5SB

The maximum grant that can be applied for is £3,000, although the Commissioner will normally be looking for applications for less than this to ensure that the Fund is available to be used as widely as possible. The Commissioner will not consider funding towards projects with a total cost of more than £10,000.

If your organisation is already receiving funding from one of the Commissioner’s other grant or commissioning streams you are not eligible to apply for Community Action Fund funding.

So that the Commissioner can see how the Community Action Fund is being used we will require you to complete an expenditure and evaluation form at the end of the financial year in which the grant is made or on the completion of the project.
