The chosen constructor Willmott Dixon began work on-site. Progress was marked by an official visit from the Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner and Lancashire Constabulary’s Chief Constable.
The Construction phase (RIBA Stage 5) officially commenced, with significant site preparations, including hoarding installation and site clearance. Foundations and drainage works are planned in the next phase.
